Thermo-Abrasive Cleaning and Gas-Thermal Metallization Equipment
Our company offers the supply of modern abrasive equipment. The technology is used for Thermo-Abrasive Cleaning (TAC) and activation of metal and other hard surfaces from deep metal corrosion, mill scale, residues of paint coatings, polymer and bitumen coatings to the level of Sa3 (ISO 8501-1) and higher, as well as for the immediate gas-thermal metallization of the cleaned surfaces (GTM). The technology is particularly in demand in the field of ship repair and shipbuilding, as it provides:

  • High quality protection of ship hulls from the effects of aggressive marine environments and atmospheric factors.
  • An increase in the service life of ship structures andan increase in operational efficiency.
  • The possibility of reducing ship repair times and increasing the reliability of all structural elements.

ABRASIVE BLASTING UNITS

These units use the traditional method

of feeding abrasive material under high

pressure onto the surface of the

workpiece. Despite their prevalence,

they have a number of disadvantages:

  • High abrasive material consumption: Up to 120 kg/m².
  • Low productivity: Does not exceed 5 m²/h.
  • Limited efficiency when cleaning deep layers of corrosion and complex surface profiles.
  • Environmental problems: formation of large amounts of dust and the need for disposal of spent abrasive.

THERMODYNAMIC SUPERSONIC UNIT

  • Minimal abrasive material consumption: only about 15 kg/m².
  • High productivity: From 12 to 60 m²/h.
  • Ability to remove deep layers of corrosion and achieve a high level of cleaning.
  • High cleaning quality: The surface is cleaned to Sa3 level and higher according to ISO 8501-1 with a surface roughness of Rz 1-100 μm, which ensures excellent adhesion of the subsequent coating.
  • High energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of the process.
RESULT OF TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION:
•The coating consists of 99% pure metal.
•Superior in quality to traditional methods (hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing,
thermal diffusion galvanizing, and electric arc metallization).
•Coating service life — over 30 years.
Adhesion 30-40 MPa
Metal porosity up to 1%
No impregnation required

ADVANTAGES:
•Maximum corrosion protection.
•Resistance to aggressive marine environments.
•Durability and structural reliability.
